Millennium’s success in partnering with new clients and opportunities has been a huge blessing and has brought along with it a new challenge for Millennium to have an efficient and effective growth. And that’s where Mr. Bob Pierson comes in. Mr. Pierson has worked in multiple industries, providing service and support to clients and employees for the past 30 years. His role as the Director of Corporate Administration and Communications at Millennium addresses three key areas. The first is to head up all things related to employee engagement – including benefit administration and coordination and employee development and reviews. The second encompasses general business administration to improve the way Millennium can handle our growth. And finally, the third is related to business communications – focusing on better ways to reach out and relate to our clients.
