Growing up, I've always had an affinity for all things environmental. This led to my pursuance in studying Biology and Environmental Science. I graduated with a BS in Biology from California Lutheran University in 1984, went on to get an MS in Environmental Science & Management from the University of San Francisco in 1996.  In 2015, I completed what is in essence, a “mini” MBA program from Babson College in Boston MA & Goldman Sachs. I’ve been in the business since 1985, and in the consulting business since 1986. In 1998, I co-founded Millennium with Mike Noel. The people are what count and what I enjoy the most at Millennium. We have a team with varied backgrounds, interests and life experiences – having the opportunity to interact on a frequent basis is rewarding. In spite of our growth over the years, we’re still very much like an extended family. I enjoy the opportunities to share the vision of the company with our team, experience growth, create jobs, and help our staff advance and prosper.
