Our History

After having worked together in a professional capacity for several years, Jack McCubbin and Mike Noel decided to collaborate on a different level. With the intention of creating a partnership with their complimentary skills, Millennium Consulting Associates was born. With both Mike and Jack working from their homes, they began that summer in 1998. After a few years they were able to expand their staff and services to better serve their clients. Their first office was in Pleasant Hill. They maintained that office and continued to expand over the next 25 years, adding office locations in San Diego, Los Angeles and parts in between. Today, we’re over 25 people strong, we’ve had the opportunity to do work all over the world and we continue to grow and expand our team and our vision for the future.
