We have partnered with hundreds of A&E and Construction firms over the past 20-plus years to do just that, on small and multi-million dollar contracts.

As a subconsultant, Millennium becomes an extension of the Project Team, working together to assure compliance with expectations, timelines and budgets. Prior to the project start-up, Millennium conducts an initial project meeting to review bid/project requirements, coordinate project details and discuss general and project-specific rules and requirements with the Project Team.

Millennium can assist the Team throughout all phases of the project. Typical services include:
