Jack McCubbin – President, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. McCubbin, President and Co-Founding Principal of Millennium Consulting Associates, has more than 25 years of experience in the environmental consulting field. Mr. McCubbin is responsible for the strategic planning, growth and development of the firm, as well as day-to-day operations.

Mr. McCubbin obtained his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from California Lutheran College and his Masters of Science degree from University of San Francisco. Mr. McCubbin has completed business management training from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) and recently competed the Goldman Sachs/Babson College Executive Business Development program.

In addition to the administrative operations side of Millennium, Mr. McCubbin is actively involved in technical operations, including hazardous materials, environmental assessments and sustainability consulting. Mr. McCubbin is a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) and Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). Prior to co-founding Millennium, Mr. McCubbin was the Regional Manager of national consulting firm from 1990 to 1998.

Mike Noel – Executive Vice President, Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Noel, the Vice President and Co-Founding Principal of Millennium Consulting Associates, has more than 30 years of experience as a Board Certified Industrial Hygienist. As the Chief Technical Officer, Mr. Noel uses his expertise to develop and mentor technical staff and internal programs to assure quality to our clients from start to finish.

Mr. Noel began his career in the Navy, went on to obtain his degree in Environmental Toxicology from the University of California, Davis and subsequently obtained Masters in Industrial Hygiene at the University of California at Berkeley.

As an experienced and well-respected CIH, Mr. Noel has served as an Expert Witness for numerous litigation cases involving human exposure to hazardous materials. Mr. Noel is accredited by the Academy of Environmental Engineers, Indoor Air Quality Association and is a California Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC).

Mr. Noel has consulted with federal, state and local regulatory authorities, developed health and safety programs and comprehensive data management systems and programs, occupational health programs and worker training programs approved by state and federal agencies throughout the United States.

Jeremy Malson – Director of Industrial Hygiene
Mr. Malson has fourteen years of professional experience in the environmental consulting and environmental laboratory management fields. Mr. Malson has been involved in the recognition, assessment, evaluation and control of health and safety hazards in the workplace. His duties include air monitoring; inspections & surveys for asbestos, lead, PCBs, VOCs/SVOCs, hydrocarbons, pesticides and herbicides, other heavy metals, air and surface fungal and bacteria sampling, noise assessments, ergonomic assessments, various dusts/fume assessments, sampling and handling of hazardous materials and OSHA-related and facility compliance audits along with other EHS monitoring and assessment projects.

Mr. Malson obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from the Centenary College of Louisiana. His post-graduate studies focused on microbiology.

Mr. Malson has Environmental Health & Safety Program Management experience including Injury and Illness Prevention programs, Respiratory Protection programs, Field Health and Safety Manuals, Fall Protection programs, and Site-Specific Health and Safety plans. Types of buildings and facilities assessed include residential, commercial, military, industrial, healthcare, laboratories, educational, mid-rise and high-rise facilities.
